We are in network with most of the PPO plans as follows: Aetna, BCBS of TN, Cigna, Delta Dental, Humana, Metlife and United Healthcare. If you do not see a company listed, please call the office. As a courtesy to you, we will file your insurance claim. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be.
